In 2025, director Duman Erkbek will present the drama “Restart” – the story of Rawan, an urban teenager stuck in a time loop. Faced with a recurring catastrophe, he must not only save lives but also re-evaluate his own life.

Plot

Having failed an exam, Rawan goes to his grandmother in the village. His day begins to repeat itself. However, each cycle ends with a dam breach, taking lives. Rawan realizes that this is a chance to prevent the catastrophe and save his loved ones, trying to break out of the loop, find a way to save the village, and change himself.
